Meeting at McDonald's Blacktown - Crn Sunnyhold Rd & Third Ave, Blacktown (unless pick up has been arranged prior)

Participants will be transferred to and from the event at Cessnock Airport

Pick up from McDonald's Blacktown at the allotted time

Predicted NDIS supported cost (based on 1:3 ratio): $434.04

• Transport to and from the Hunter Valley Airshow

Personal cost: $90

Includes:

• Entry to the event

• Lunch, dinner, snacks & drinks

Other personal expenses are not included

Please note:

* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability. * Happy Escapes can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed

* We aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.

* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:4

* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required

* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices, and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
