Plane/Bus

Day 1 - Friday

• Fly from Sydney to the Gold Coast

• Check in to accomodation and settle in

• Travel to Brisbane for NRL Magic Round game (Broncos vs Sea Eagles)

• OR Enjoy a night at the Australian Outback Spectacular (for those not interested in NRL)

Day 2 - Saturday

• Movie World

Day 3 - Sunday

• Travel to Brisbane for NRL Magic Round games

• OR Shopping/exploration day in Brisbane City (for those not interested in NRL)

Day 4 - Monday

• Pack up and fly home

Please note:

* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability. 

* Happy Escapes can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed

* We aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.

* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:4

* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required

* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices, and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
