STA - 1 Night City Stay

Details and Cost

Pick up and drop off service included in STA ( Short Term Accommodation) cost.

Departing at 12pm (exact pick up time TBA) we will make our way into Sydney City for a 1 Night staycation.

On Friday we will check in to our accommodation for the night, check out their state of the art facilities and maybe even go for a swim.

Following which we will go for a stroll around the city, check out some stores and entertainment hubs.

Saturday's activities will include visiting the Sydney Eye Tower and capturing the 360-degree views of our beautiful city. Following this we will take a ferry ride under the Harbour Bridge to Barangaroo to visit either Madame Tussauds, Sealife or Wildlife.

NDIS supported (based on 1:3 ratio): from $1,612

• Support

• Accommodation

• Food - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

• Entry into activity venues

Personal Cost: Any additional expenses eg. gaming at Timezone/Koko Amusement, personal shopping, snacks

Requirements:

• Clothes for the duration of stay including swimwear/gym wear

• Comfortable walking shoes

• Opal card

Please note:

* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.

* Happy Escapes can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed

* We aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.

* Activity-based transport costs will be added if required

* Pick up and drop off can be arranged prior to event for additional Provider Travel costs

* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:4

* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required

* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices, and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
